Love Indian food but daunted by the ingredient list? Need a culinary vacation? Join us and learn how to make a classic Indian dish, Chicken Korma, and gain a better understanding about spices and how to use them.
Learn how to blend your own spices to create a custom masala and make a delicious dish for two. Students have the choice of making either a delicious Chicken or Vegetarian Korma to take home at the end of class.
Our classroom has 6 socially distant work stations for either single students or co-habitating couples. Class fees are per person.

Kari Ray has lived in 24 houses, 7 states and 4 countries. Her husband retired from the military in 2014 and with their 3 daughters they moved to the Middle East. It was there that Kari's love for cooking found a foothold in ethnic cuisines. She has cooked alongside, learning from top chefs in France, Spain and India as well as in the humble homes of refugee women from around the world. She has recently moved to Ithaca and is excited to share her passion for foreign foods with you.
All class fees are non-refundable except in the case of class cancellation due to severe weather or instructor illness.
A credit for a reschedule may be available at the discretion of the instructor and only up to 10 days before the scheduled date of the class.
